As a print-on-demand business, all products are unique and produced specifically for your order. This means that returns and exchanges are generally not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Damaged or incorrect items

We take great care to ensure your order is made and shipped correctly. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, or if there is a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your product.

Here’s how to report an issue:

  1. Take a clear photo of the item showing the damage, defect, or the incorrect product you received.
  2. Send an email to tinsatellite@outlook.com with your order number and the photos.
  3. We will review the issue and contact you with a resolution. There is no need to return the damaged item.

Size exchanges

We cannot offer exchanges for different sizes. Please refer to our sizing charts before making a purchase to ensure you select the correct fit. In rare cases, a product may be mislabeled. If this happens, please notify us within one week of receiving your order with photos of the mislabeled tag, and we will issue a replacement or refund.

Unclaimed or incorrect address

For packages lost in transit or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Any claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Buyer’s remorse

Since all products are custom made when you order them, we cannot offer refunds for “buyer’s remorse” or for products that are received as ordered but no longer wanted.
