Every year I make a calendar and planner for personal use that helps me to organize my life. I have my own personal organizational system, but this planner is essentially system agnostic. It contains a section with to-do lists for individual projects, a 2026 calendar with space to write notes and reminders, and a large section in back for your ‘brain dump’, as it’s called. A little section at the front has a few of my suggestions on how you can best utilize the book.

I make my booklet available to new subscribers as a free download; the links are below. I have printable booklets for those in the United States in letter-sized format and outside the US in A4 format. The pages are imposed, meaning laid out in a specific order so that when you print out the book on two sides, they’ll be in the correct order once you fold and staple them. There’s a cover as a separate file you might want to print in coated cardstock, and the interior pages you can simply laser print on regular copy paper.

It’s formatted like a zine to print on both sides meant to be folded and stapled. There’s a version with print marks if you want to take it to your local printer (they’ll know what to do) or without if you plan on just printing it yourself at home or at the office.

Thanks for subscribing and I hope you enjoy the book!
